What are your standard payout rates?
In Arena, all picks must be correct to win the payout.
2-Pick Win = 3x the entry fee
3-Pick Win = 5x the entry fee
4-Pick Win = 10x the entry fee
5-Pick Win = 20x the entry fee
By following these guidelines, you can ensure a smooth withdrawal process on Arena!
How do DNPs affect payouts?
Only active players count toward a winning lineup. Lineups with a player marked DNP are still eligible to win, although the multiplier will be reduced. This is referred to as a “reverted lineup.” For example, if you select a 3-pick and one of your selections is marked DNP, your lineup will revert to a 2-pick.
A full breakdown of reverted lineups is included below:
2-Pick Lineup → Refund
3-Pick Lineup → 2-Pick Lineup
4-Pick Lineup → 3-Pick Lineup
5-Pick Lineup → 4-Pick Lineup
If DNPs make it so that all remaining players in a lineup are on the same team, this will make the lineup ineligible. In this case, you will be issued an automatic refund.
What happens if a player ties their projection?
If a player ends the game with exactly their projected stat line, this is considered a Push (tied projection). A Push is neither a correct pick nor an incorrect pick — and it is not the same as a DNP. While both a Push and a DNP remove the pick from your lineup, they are treated differently in certain situations (see below).
2-Pick Lineup
• 1 correct pick + 1 Push → automatic 1.5x payout
• 1 losing pick + 1 Push → Loss
2-5 Pick Lineups
• 1+ Pushes, no losses, all remaining picks correct → Win at the payout rate for your remaining active picks
• 1+ Pushes + any loss → Loss
Push vs. DNP — key difference:
A DNP can make your lineup ineligible if the remaining active picks are all from the same team or fall below the minimum pick requirement. A Push does not. The pushed pick is simply removed and your lineup plays on regardless.
Why Don’t I See Live Scoring on My Lineup?
Live scoring is available for select leagues and stat types on Arena. Currently, live scoring is supported for most stat types in leagues such as NFL, College Football, NBA, WNBA, MLB, College Basketball, and NHL.
Why Is the Live Scoring on My Lineup Different From Other Sources?
Live scoring on Arena is designed to provide a convenient snapshot of your lineup's progress but is not an official scorekeeping tool. Any discrepancies with official scoring will be reconciled after the game concludes using official league box scores and stats.
Can I Dispute Your Scoring?
Arena only uses stats provided by official league sources or trusted third-party providers. We do not adjust payouts based on alternative scoring sources, such as video recordings or unofficial data.
What Happens if the Official Stats Are Changed After They Are Initially Posted?
Lineup results are determined based on the stats provided by our official scoring partners at the time the event concludes. Any subsequent changes to official league stats will not affect settled lineups. However, Arena reserves the right to retroactively issue corrections for clear and obvious scoring errors. These cases will be evaluated at our sole discretion.
What if Arena Uploads an Incorrect Score?
While we strive for accuracy, occasional mistakes can occur. If Arena uploads an incorrect score that impacts payouts, all affected lineups will be resettled to reflect the correct stats.
Minor adjustments to official stats are a standard procedure in some sports and do not qualify as errors. All lineups are settled based on the originally posted stats as outlined above.
