How to Withdraw
You can request a withdrawal to any bank account or debit card that you have previously used to deposit funds into your Arena account.
To request a withdrawal:
• Open the menu in the top-left corner of the Arena app, or in the top-right corner if accessing via a browser.
• Select Request Withdrawal.
• After submitting your request, your funds should land quickly depending on the method you chose.
Why Did My Withdrawal Request Fail?
Withdrawals can fail for several reasons, including:
• 1X Playthrough Requirement: You must play through all deposited funds at least once before withdrawing them. For example, if you deposit $50, you must play $50 worth of lineups using your normal balance (not Promo Funds) before making a withdrawal.
• Inaccurate Card Information: If your card information is incorrect or mismatched, the request will fail, and funds will be returned to your balance in Arena. You can correct the details and try again. Repeated mismatched transcations will lead to immediate account suspension or a permanent ban.
• Approved Payment Methods Only: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method you’ve used previously for deposits. Apple Pay and credit cards can only be used for deposits, not withdrawals.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum withdrawal is $10. Requests for less than this amount will fail.
• Daily Withdrawal Frequency Limit: You can only withdraw one time every 24 hours.
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Withdrawal Amount Limits: We limit withdrawal amounts to provide a safe igaming experience for our users.
